About Us:
Clinch County High School’s proud history is filled with rich traditions and both academic and extracurricular accomplishments. Recognized as one of “America’s Best High Schools” by U.S. News & World Report, we continue our aim to be the best. We earned the Gold Award from the State of Georgia Governor’s Office of Student Achievement in 2006 and 2007 for making the greatest gain in meeting and exceeding standards. In the 2008-2009 school year, we furthered the academic rigor when we introduced several new advanced placement, college-level courses.
Here in Clinch County we believe in preparing our students for the future, and it shows in all that we do.
Mission:
The faculty and staff of CCHS are committed to creating a culture where… “Failure is not an option.”
Vision:
Student achievement, as measured by tests, graduation rates, and other standards, will meet or outperform state averages.
