Learning will become a manifestation of personal goals and desires. Assessment of learning will be demonstrated through performance and documented real life experiences. Teachers will become facilitators of learning. Faculty will facilitate learning through experimentation, performance assessments, and mentoring. The measurement of student learning will not be a manifestation of subjective grade performance that assesses learning , and thereby intelligence as a measurement of time, but rather assesses learning through substantive performance.
