Selma High School is a comprehensive high school for grades 9-12. Selma High School is a California Distinguished High School that offers a rigorous academic curriculum supported by outstanding co-curricular and extra-curricular programs.
Selma High School is a six year accredited institution through June 2017 with the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. Selma High utilizes the Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports model (PBIS) to recognize positive behavior from students and staff that provide a safe and positive learning environment for all stakeholders.
Selma High School has earned an impressive reputation of excellence and quality in education and programs. We take much pride in our wonderful, experienced faculty that cares about young people and works hard toward student learning and personal growth. Selma High School is a very safe campus with respectful students, consistent rules and policies and high standards of dress and behavior. Our school is growing as we have recently added a state of the art science wing along with eight classrooms.
Our academic programs boast of offering eleven advanced placement programs and an increasing number of students attending four-year colleges and universities. Our students have experienced academic growth as evidenced in our SAT 9 scores and our school has earned a state similar schools ranking of “10” and “7” respectively over the past two years.
