William A. Yantorno Community Center

Directions:
US 1 to Pemberwick Road. Turn onto Pemberwick Road. After two stop signs, community center ¼ mile on right.
Reservations for the community center must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. The person renting the building must be a Greenwich resident and supply appropriate proof of residency (driver's license with current park pass, phone, electric or credit card bill). Maximum capacity of the buildings is 40 people. Larger groups should inquire at the EGCC or WGCC for availability. All fees must be paid upon signing the Rental Agreement.

Daytime rental hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a maximum of a 7-hour time allowance, which includes set up, and clean up.
$150.00 Rental Fee. Cash or check payable to the Town of Greenwich.
$40.00 Deposit. Check payable to the Town of Greenwich.
Deposit must be a check, this is returned by mail to the renter if everything is in order in the building (clean, chairs/tables put away, decorations removed, etc., according to contractual agreement signed by the person renting the building).

Use of Tennis Courts
Tennis Passes are required for all "in season" play on Town of Greenwich Tennis Courts. Annual Tennis season runs from May 15th through December 1st.

Court Reservations
Courts are only available to Tennis Pass holders. Instructions for reserving court times are included when Tennis Pass is issued.
